The UK's Nationwide Geology Club for Children

Become a Rockwatch Ambassador

Want to develop your geology passions further but not sure how to do it? Then why not volunteer to become a Rockwatch Ambassador?

Becoming a Rockwatch Ambassador means you’ll champion positive behaviour for younger or newer Rockwatch members, giving them guidance on how to become budding geologists. Helping others can be really rewarding and can help you to develop new skills and grow in confidence. You could gain valuable skills through volunteering experience, or develop your research and writing skills.

Rockwatch Ambassadors act as positive role models to other members by:

  • sending links to interesting geology stories in the news
  • sharing useful geology-related web links that other members may find fascinating
  • and writing articles for the Rockwatch website or magazine
  • contributing to our Twitter or Facebook pages (if you are 13 years and above)

Interested? Then send us your details in the form below. We’d love to hear from you!

  • If you have written an article for us to consider publishing in the Rockwatch magazine or website, browse to your file and upload it here.
  • Rockwatch is committed to protecting your privacy and keeping your personal information safe in accordance with existing and new legislation to strengthen your rights and give you control over the personal information that organisations hold about you.
