The UK's Nationwide Geology Club for Children

Geo-Craft Day and Tours at the Natural History Museum – Tuesday 18 February – 2020

Family craft fun!  Rockwatch is having a Geo-Craft Day in the British Geological Survey  shop on the ground floor of the Natural History Museum, London. Come along and make a plaster of Paris trilobite, handle fossils and bring your own to be identified.  Museum experts will then take you on a tour of the Earth Galleries, and tell you the facts and stories behind the exhibits.  We will be making things from 10.00 when the museum opens until 4.30.  And the tours will be on the hour starting at 11.00 and finishing at 3.00  Rockwatchers can pre-book places on the tours by visiting our Events page – there are only 10 places for adults and children per tour so you need to book quickly!

Just a warning, the museum will be busy and there will be queues as it’s the school holidays, but be patient.  We’ll be there all day!  The nearest entrance to the BGS shop is in Exhibition Road.

See you there!
