Here's early warning of future Rockwatch events coming up for you to put in your diary.

Saturday 30 June/Sunday 1 July - Fantastic Mid/South Wales Fossil Hunting Weekend

Come along and search for Carboniferous, trilobites and other fabulous fossils.

Sunday 8 July - Fossil Hunting Field trip to the Colne Gravel Quarry. Details to follow.

Monday 20 – Friday 24 August - 10th Anniversary Rockwatch Residential Field Trip to the Jurassic World Heritage Coast of Dorset and East Devon (Please note later dates to avoid Olympics!).

Further exploration of the Jurassic Coast and nearby quarries with Rockwatch’s Susan Brown, Richard Edmonds of the World Heritage Coast, Alan Holiday and Barry Cullimore of Leason House. Stay at Leason House Field Studies Centre with its excellent facilities. Numbers limited for this popular event – a truly memorable experience. Only over 7s. Book through the Rockwatch Office.
