Rockwatch is holding its 16th Residential Fieldtrip at Leeson House in Dorset at the end of July. It’s a week of fossils, fieldtrips, and fun! The best possible way to learn about geology.

The family groups stay at the Field Studies Centre at Langton Maltravers near Swanage in Dorset.
Rockwatchers will be joined by local experts who will take them on expeditions to explore the Jurassic Coast and nearby quarries. We’ll be going to places like Chesil Beach and the Isle of Purbeck to look at the geology, check for dinosaur footprints in Portland and hunt for fossils in the Kimmeridge Clay – all unforgettable experiences.

The cost of the trip which includes all transport when you get to Leeson House and food during the stay is: Adult £320 (from age 18), first child £225 and subsequent children £145. (over 7s only)
It’s a fabulous trip and if you would like to go along just book your place. Register below – no payment at this stage.
