Come along and hunt for fossils on Bracklesham Beach!  The main purpose of this trip is to hunt along the foreshore looking for the fossil shells and sharks’ teeth that wash up on the beach from the 45 million year old ‘Bracklesham Beds’.  Low tide isn’t until late afternoon so Rockwatchers will also be able to have a look at the recently constructed, largest coastal realignment scheme in Britain!

A wonderful day for Rockwatchers and their families.

Meeting at 11.00 for an 11.15 start with an approximate finish time of 17.00

You must be a Rockwatch member to go and the booking fee for this fieldtrip is £2.50 per individual.
