Come along and join Rockwatch at the British Geological Survey at Keyworth in Nottinghamshire for a day of geological fun.

Try your luck at gold panning, generate an earthquake, discover geology in your shopping basket and make your own fossil replica.  See drilling samples from deep beneath your feet and get to handle fabulous fossils.  Meet real geologists and learn what they do.  No charge but you must register on the BGS website so that they know how many people to expect.
