Sunday 10 April, 11am Siccar Point

Some people describe this as the world’s most important geological site, but it is tucked away on the rugged coastline of the Scottish Borders, a hidden gem with beautiful coastal scenery and a rich geological story. We’ll approach the Point along the Berwickshire Coastal Path from Cove, gradually walking back in time through three periods of contrasting sedimentary rocks. Day walk, 5 hours, £14/£12 concession. Walk details are on the Geowalks website.

Please bear in mind that these events have not been organized by Rockwatch and you need to get in touch with the group involved to find out more details and to book.
