Back by popular demand, we’re thrilled to announce our return to the Somerset Earth Science Centre on Tuesday, August 13th!
After the overwhelming response to our previous trip, we’re opening up a few more spots for Rockwatch members eager to explore the wonders of Somerset’s geology.
A number of places have already been given to those who joined the previous trip’s waiting list but there are a few places we can offer to other Rockwatch members. But hurry – places are limited so book fast to avoid disappointment!
Where: Somerset Earth Science Centre, Moons Hill Quarry Stoke St Michael, BA3 5JU.
When: Tuesday 13 August 10am-4.00pm

- Bring in your own fossils and rocks to show our experts
- Get creative with our fossil arts and crafts
- Outdoor geo time quiz trail
- Light refreshments, sit by the lake with tea and cake
- Fossils and minerals available to purchase
Tickets: £5 per person with a Rockwatch membership
Please reverse park in top of car park, follow lakeside path to SESC
