This is a talk put on by the Cambridgeshire Geological Society and is the fascinating story of sea level change in the fens and its relationship with the position of the Fen Edge, the fenland soils, water channels, settlements and human history.
The talk is at the Friends Meeting House, 91-93 Hartington Grove, Cambridge CB1 7UB
Doors open 7.00 for a 7.30 start.
All welcome but Rockwatchers must be accompanied by an adult.
There will be a small charge.
