Will Watts and his team at Hidden Horizons are leading Rockwatchers on a fossil hunt on Cayton Bay on the Yorkshire Coast.  Cayton Bay contains a fantastic mix of Middle and Upper Jurassic rocks plus glacial erratics from all over Northern Europe, a collectors dream!  With a café, free parking and public toilets the location is an excellent family day out.

You have to book to go along and go through the Hidden Horizons link on Eventbrite.

This trip has been arranged for Rockwatch members and there is a special promotional code for Rockwatchers.  Use the code ‘Rockwatch’ you will unlock the special members only price of £2.50 per ticket.

All under 16s must be accompanied by an adult.

Due to safety requirements numbers are strictly limited for some of the events. It is essential in these cases that you reserve a place through the contact given. Leaders reserve the right not to accept members who have not booked, or who arrive inappropriately dressed. All children must be accompanied by an adult.
